1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Tithe, you agree to these terms. Tithe is a platform that facilitates charitable donations to verified 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations.

2. Donation Processing

All donations are processed securely through Stripe. A 1% platform fee is added to cover operational costs. Donations are distributed directly to your selected charities.

Tax receipts are provided directly by the receiving charities. Tithe does not provide tax receipts as we are not the receiving organization.

3. Refunds and Cancellations

One-time donations are final. Subscription donations can be cancelled at any time and will stop at the end of the current billing period.

4. Limitation of Liability

Tithe acts as a facilitator only. We are not responsible for how charities use donations. All charities are independently verified 501(c)(3) organizations.
